While a lot of our process is automated, much like baking, screen printing is an artform that requires science, attention to detail, and some heart and soul. We have a dedicated team of expert craftsmen in every area and we use only the best products in the industry. Our state of the art equipment can handle any size job while never compromising quality.
WHAT IS SCREEN PRINTING?
Screen printing begins with good art. The graphic is printed onto film paper, a stencil is burned onto a screen and when the ink is pushed through the mesh of the screen - that creates your image. This “set-up” process all happens before any production begins. Screen printing is a great option for decoration for many different reasons. It can allow for high detail images, its price effective, offers many speciality ink options to create versatility. There are different methods depending on your unique project.
AUTO VS. MANUAL
No two projects are alike! We pride ourselves on creating custom, specialty garments and sometimes that means we have some interesting placements or details we want to achieve.
AUTOMATIC PRESS
Our automatic press goes hard. While producing high-quantity and a fast turn around, this is perfect for big projects. The prints are sharp, clean and consistent.
MANUAL PRESS
With our manual press and custom cut platens, we can make (almost) anything happen.
